We help patients take their medications right. We will help stop side effects and bad drug combinations. We look for ways to save you money. We also work with your doctors and community pharmacists to get you the best care. Our phone call with you is focused on what you need and your medications. Once the appointment is over, you will get an action plan for you to follow. It will also have advice to discuss with your doctor.
