Cureatr Support Frequently Asked Questions

I'm having trouble downloading the Cureatr App.

Please make sure that your phone's current operating system supports our app. Cureatr supports mobile iOS 11.0 and newer and Android 6.0 and newer. 

For best download speeds, connect to your institution's WiFi network. 

I forgot my username and password?

If your institution uses its own sign on portal to access Cureatr, please contact your institution's administrator/support team.

Otherwise, please email us at support@cureatr.com.

I'm not receiving notifications from Cureatr?

Cureatr sends push notifications to your phone when the app is closed. Please check to make sure you are logged into the application and your phone settings to make sure notifications for Cureatr are turned on. 

If you are currently on the app, please return to the messages or events tabs to check for new notifications. 

How do I unsubscribe from Cureatr email notifications?

If you are going to be offline for an extended period of time and wish to stop receiving email notifications, you can unsubscribe by following the link at the bottom of the last email you received.
